Lovely and cosy room with 2 dormer windows, good stuff — everything was great. They provided an incredibly nice breakfast with sausage, bacon, real coffee.

It met required needs, had a pleasant overnight stay for a 3 day visit. The hotel's location was perfect, near to various restaurants. I was surprised at nearby T & Thistle, they had some goodies, drinks. The beds were very clean, rooms were neat, lovely.

The hotel is in a really handy location to the sea front at Southsea. Don't forget to visit nearby Luigis Gelato, they have best coffee ever.

Full English breakfast by home made bread and all the food was OUTSTANDING. The king room was neat and spacious, with an electric kettle, central heating, and a TV. The location was exceptionally nice, close to beach etc, and the bed very clean.

I had a fantastic stay at this family B&B and the breakfast was absolutely amazing! They even catered to my vegan diet with a special full English. The room was clean and comfortable, and the couple running the place were so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place.

We had a great stay at a lovely guest house. the location was perfect, close to the seafront and with convenient parking. the owner was very welcoming and provided us with helpful local information. the breakfasts were delicious and had a good variety, even for someone who doesn't usually eat a full English. The atmosphere was relaxed and we enjoyed the leisurely breakfasts, where we also overheard helpful tips being given to other guests. Cons: Nothing, all great! 😊.

I had a pleasant stay at this guest house located near the centre of town. the location was convenient, with shops, pubs, and the beach not far away. the room I stayed in was comfortable and had a great view from the top floor attic with a Velux window.
The ensuite bathroom in my room was quite small, and the folding door wouldn't shut properly.

Besides, the location was stunning and peaceful for our stay, within 20 minutes' walk of a Clarence pier. The area was good close to restaurants, Portsmouth and pubs.

Nothing too much trouble, we would come here again when in Portsmouth. The breakfast is delicious and marvellous, offered with sausage and home made bread which was lovely and real coffee. The location is unbeatable, 3 km from a sail-like tower.

Cosy room, all in all had really really nice stay.
The staff and the host were all amicable and accommodating. The location was handy, for example, a Clarence pier was within easy walking distance of the hotel. It was across the good area.
